As Founder and Managing Director of Harris and Co, Toby Harris has built a rapidly expanding executive search firm on one fundamental principle: exceptional people deliver exceptional results. Launching the company in 2020, he created a distinctive vision that puts investment in talent at the core of everything. Toby Harris' background as a sports enthusiast fundamentally shaped his approach to business leadership, understanding that like in sports, success comes from rigorous training and teamwork. Under his leadership, Harris and Co has developed an industry-leading in-house training program that transforms talented individuals into outstanding search consultants. This commitment to people development has enabled the creation of a strong leadership team, positioning the company for its next phase of strategic growth.

Director & Head of Life Science

As a Director at Harris and Co, Finley Howell has been instrumental in our rapid growth and success. Starting as a graduate, Finley progressed through comprehensive training programs developed by Toby Harris and the learning and development team. With a background in sports and sales, Finley brought a unique blend of determination, a collaborative mindset, natural leadership, and exceptional relationship-building skills to the company. These qualities have fueled his passion for Life Sciences and positioned him as a key contributor to Harris and Co’s achievements.
