Research & Development
Our strategic recruitment efforts have been instrumental in building a robust research and development infrastructure within a highly specialized therapeutic area. To date, we have successfully placed over 30 professionals across critical functions, including toxicology, clinical science and development, clinical research associates (CRAs), regulatory affairs (CMC and strategy), pharmacovigilance, biostatistics, programming, clinical operations, quality, and CMC. We began by placing the head of the department and have since expanded their team with both senior and junior executives to support ongoing growth.
